Q: How Do I place an order?
A: If you are looking to place an order for coupon inserts please use the drop down section right above this message to select the week(s) you would like to order. Once selected click the Add to Cart button and you will be prompted how to complete your order through Paypal.
Q: How soon can I place an order?
A: Weekly Orders, as well as Coupon Previews are available no later than Saturday each week. If you subscribe to our Email Newsletter (on the upper left-hand side of site) you will receive our weekly coupon preview of what coupons are included right to your email.
Q: What is Mad Coupons Monthly Coupon Service?
A: We offer a Monthly Coupon Service subscription option for those of you who would like to receive coupons each week without having to place weekly orders. Monthly orders will begin shipping each Saturday and they are given top priority seems they have been preordered. The cost for monthly service does change from month to month according to how many weeks of coupons that month will have.The cost is factored by the weekly cost of $20.00 per week times the number of weeks with coupons for that month. We do not charge for the weeks that there are no coupons. All weeks that are expected to include coupons for our Monthly Coupon Service are calculated off the coupon schedule listed on our 2014 Coupon Schedule Tab.
Monthly Coupon Service is NOT setup with an automatic withdrawl option. Instead you will get an email reminder and a Paypal invoice near the end of each month to continue receiving Monthly Coupon Service. To get started on monthly service please email madcoupons@live.com.
Q: What is considered a One-time or Weekly Order?
A: One-Time Or Weekly Orders are available first thing Saturday mornings. Once you have reviewed the weekly coupon preview, you may request coupon inserts as a one-time order. Individual orders are filled and shipped on a first come first serve basis until our coupon supply sells out.
Q: What is included in a 10 pack of coupons?
A: One 10 pack is the equivalent of 10 newspapers worth of coupons that are for the week(s) chosen. That means if it’s a 4 inserts week you are going to receive a total of 40 whole coupon inserts (4 inserts x 10 of each = 40 total coupon inserts) Mad Coupons currently ships coupons throughout the United States & US territories for $15.00 (Plus $5.00 Shipping) per pack of 10 of each coupons for a given week.
A 10 pack will be $20.00 including shipping each week, combined shipping is also available to help you save even more.
Q: What is included in a 5 pack of coupons?
A; One 5 pack is the equivalent of 5 newspapers worth of coupons that are for the week(s) chosen. A: Seattle Metropolitan Area. They are West Coast region inserts and have great dollar value coupons. We have almost all of the high value coupons. Please see our Coupon Previews for specific coupons that you may be wondering if we received.

A: We work with a number of suppliers throughout our region to provide you with the best possible coupon selection. All are obtained through creditable, verifiable sources.
Q: Do you have any ordering limits?
A: No, we have no limits on order quantities at this time.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q: How and Where does Mad Coupons ship to?
A: We currently ship anywhere in the United States & any of its territories. This does include any AFO/APO addresses. And we proudly support helping our overseas military families save more by using coupons.
We ship using USPS Priority Flat Rate mailing. Typical ships times run 2-3 business days in continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii & Overseas may take slightly longer.
Q: What time are Mad Coupons daily shipping deadlines?
We try our best to ship orders the same day they are received. We are unable to guarantee sameday shipping though.
Monday through Saturday our shipping deadline is 1:00pm PST. Unless otherwise stated.
Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
A: We do combine shipping charges when ever possible.
It is hard to give exact cost without knowing exactly which week(s) of coupon you are wanting. Due to the fact that each weeks coupon inserts greatly vary in size. If you would like an actual shipping cost of combining multiple order please email us at MadCoupons@live.com.
